Vegetarian Chili-Cumin Rice Bowl

Ingredients
1 whole medium tomato, cubed.200 grams of firm tofu, cubed.1/3 cup of canned sweet corn100 grams of short grain rice (instant or leftover)salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder (or paste), and cumin to taste1 tbs. light mayo
Directions
in a large cereal bowl, combine tofu and rice. Heat in microwave for 1.5 minutes.
Then add corn, tomato, spices, and mayo.
Mix well and eat!
