peanut butter granola bars

4 serving Egg white, large 2 cup Peanuts, processed until smooth 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 6 fl oz Honey 6 tbsp unsalted Butter, melted6 cup old fashioned Oats.25 cup roasted Pumpkin Seeds, light chop.25 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Chips 2 tsp chia seeds
this is a triple recipe baked in two separate pans. prep pans with parchment and a light spray of cooking spray.
froth egg white, add peanut butter and mix until smooth.
add sugar, honey, & butter. blend well.
add oats and mix well.
additional seeds & mix well again. (options may vary, experiment!)
press into pans, bake @ 350 for 15 - 20 minutes.
Serving Size: cut into 52 equal serving sized
