Spicy Chipotle Taco Onion Burger

Ingredients
1/4 lb. 93% Lean Hamburger Pattie2tsp. Old El Paso Taco Seasoning2tsp. Ortega Chipotle Seasoning3 rings from an onion chopped1Tbsp. 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 Orowheat Double-Fiber WW English Muffin
Directions
Put hamburger pattie and onions in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with seasoning and cover while cooking to help aide in juices (keep an eye on this because being 93% lean there isn't alot of fat and you will have to spray your pan a few times during cooking...........Cook as you would any other burger on a stove-top (or on a counter top grill)..........Add cheese and let melt covered.

Serve with onion and seasoning mix on top of cheese and burger.......Serve on english muffin.
