Chicken and Green Chili Casserole

Ingredients
3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 11.13 oz Green Chiles (Whole) 2 cup Goya, Pinto beans 2 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 packet taco seasoning
Directions
Saute onion add, one cup water and mash half the pinto bean then add remaining whole pinto beans. Cook over medium heat until most of the liquid is gone.

Layer in baking dish in this order 1) bean mixture 2) chicken 3) cheese. Do at least two layers of each and then bake at 350 until hot and cheese has melted. You can broil for a few minutes at the end to make the cheese brown.
