4 large Egg white, fresh 8 serving Egg white-large (1 egg white=38gms) 1 cup Milk, 1% 4 serving Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese (1 serving is 1/4 cup) (by KLUTEE) 2 cup Zucchini (Shredded) (by HEALTHYCHIC) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 large Mushrooms, fresh
sautee mushrooms and onion and let cool. meanwhile mix all other ingredients together. add mushrooms and onions. spray 12 muffin cups and pour in the mix. bake at 375 for 35 mins.
