chicken and potato dinner

Ingredients
chicken breast 4new potatoes 20cheddar cheese 500gtomato puree 1 tube
Directions
-Place the chicken breasts on a clean tray in your oven on gas mark 6, for approx 30mins.
-boil a large pan of water and ass your new potatoes this is for approx 20mins.
-grate your cheddar cheese and place in the micro wave for 15secs remove and stir then place back in the microwave for another 15secs.
-once chicken has cooked smoothy cover the chicken in tomato puree and pour over the melted cheese.
-add 5 new potatoes to eah plate and your meal in ready to be served. ENJOY!!!
