Very simple, but easy and just may be what's for dinner - 9/24/17

We enjoyed this. Added fresh green beans & canned mushrooms w/ the tomatoes. Also thickened the juice w/ corn starch. Better on the rice. Only three stars b/c it needed more spices. Thyme or Italian seasoning would be good. Also chopped garlic added w/ the onions. - 6/26/10

Great for left over pork chops. Will make again. i used white rice instead (need to go shopping soon). Followed directions and added some mushrooms. Taste was surprising! - 5/15/09

I made a few changes to the recipe based on what I had on hand. Fresh tomatoes for the canned and asparagus instead of green beans.Instead of using water, I used chicken broth. It turned out very good. I would make this again. - 9/7/08

I am glad you liked it. I thought it was funny that you changed it according to what you had in your cabinet because that is how I created it. LOL
