Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 0.5 cupGround Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz (1lb)Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbow Macaroni, 14.5 oz (full box)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) Del Monte Sweet Peas no salt added, 1.5 cup (1 can)kroger mushroom pieces and stems, 1 cup (1small can)SaltPepper
Cook Noodles as directed. Brown ground Beef in skillet & drain any excess fat. Add cooked beef, corn, peas, mushrooms to still hot/warm drained & cooked noodles & stir until well combined. Add can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed) to noodle mixture & again stir until well combined. Keep over medium to medium-low heat stirring occasionally until all ingredients are heated through. Salt & Pepper to taste.
You can use this as a quick main course, or a side dish.
