2 cup Beans, red kidney 425 gram Down Home Brand Hickory Smoked Sausage Green Onion (by DTRANT) 8 tbsp Onion powder 3 tbsp Spice World Roasted Minced Garlic (by BRENABA) 9 tbsp Garlic powder 2 tbsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 10 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) season to taste.
* you can start my rendering your sausage, then using the oil to saute fresh onion, green peppers, and celery all diced. Then add all ingredients and cook until beans are soft.
After beans have cooked, mash 1c of beans then add back to pot and stir
