2 fillet Pink Salmon (fish) 1 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving) Ground PepperOlive oil Aluminum Foil
take the salmon, defrosted. season to your liking. I use a little ground pepper and rub olive oil over it. Cut the bell peppers in slices or circles (to your liking). Preheat the oven 350. Put the salmon in the aluminum foil with the peppers. let cook for 30 minutes and serve with salad.
