Dijon Roasted Potatoes

6 tsp President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustard .33 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .75 tsp Paprika .5 tsp Salt .75 tsp Thyme, fresh .25 tsp Pepper, black 24 oz Yukon Gold Potatoes (1 potato/3-4 baby potatoes) (by MATMAN823)
Preheat oven to 350 and coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together all but the potatoes. Once mixed, add the potatoes and stir to coat.
Transfer to baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Stir, and continue cooking until potatoes are tender, about another 15-20 minutes.
