Ingredients
48 oz Beef Bottom Round Roast (rump roast) 3 tbsp Butter, salted 420 gram Patak's Simmer Sauce - Rogan Josh Curry - per 140g serving (by PANCHAK)
Directions
cut meat into 2 inch cubes,
brown in butter on saute setting
pour over sauce and add 1 cup of water or until meat is covered
cook under pressure for 45 minutes, NP for 15 minutes
