Ingredients
tilapia, spinach, lemon, seasoning
Directions
Fill a smallish sautée pan with spinach, lay tilapia on top and season with salt, pepper and garlic, and thinly sliced lemon rounds on top of that, broil @ 350-400 until fish is flaky and spinach is limp.

Goes well with a medly of yellow and zucchini squash.
