Vietnamese Meatball and Noodle Soup

Ingredients
300 grams Veal, ground 4 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 2 tbsp Fish Sauce 2 tsp Ginger Root 1 tsp Pepper, black 1.5 cup Rice Noodles 3 slice or ring (3" dia) with li Pineapple, canned .25 cup Bean sprouts 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Combine stock, ginger, pepper and fish sauce in a large pot. With wet hands roll veal into meatballs and add to soup. Bring to the boil for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients (ensuring noodles are already prepared) to pot and allow to heat through before serving.
