Zesty Ranch Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 tbsp Kraft Ranch Salad Dressing 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Heinz White Wine Vinegar (by AUALIBRA) .5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
Directions
1. Wash and dice the potato into 1/4inch cubes
2. Place cubes in a small pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil
3. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 15 min
4. Rinse the potatoes under cool water to stop cooking and refrigerate for 30 min
5. Peel the carrot and finely chop it and the onion into 1/8in pieces
6. Add the onion, carrots, ranch, vinegar, and pepper flakes to the potatoes, cover, and gently toss
7. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving

Serving Size: Makes 2 1/2c servings.
