Chicken lo mein / stir fry

8.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast2.0 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta)4.0 clove Garlic0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 serving Sugar Snap Peas, Raw ` edible-podded, raw [Snowpeas, Sugar snap peas] 10 pea pods 34g0.25 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 cup Spinach, fresh4.0 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce1.0 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar1.0 tsp Ginger, ground0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne0.5 tsp Onion powder2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 1tsp Peanut Oil0.12 cup Cornstarch
Directions
Prep everything by chopping all the vegetables and mixing the sauce ingredients (all except the oils). Begin by cooking the pasta. Heat half the oils in a wok. Add chicken and stir constantly until cooked thoroughly. Place chicken in a bowl. Heat the rest of the oils. Quickly cook the onions and garlic until they begin to brown. Add the other vegetables. Cook over high heat for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. Add the chicken back and the sauce. Cook and stir for another minute. Add the cooked pasta and stir. Serve immediately.
