Ingredients
6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 0.5 cup Snow Peas, fresh 1 serving carrot shreds 2 oz Cream Cheese 4 fl oz Chicken Broth 0.33 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
Directions
saute chicken, add broccoli, carrot, snow peas, add cream cheese broth, stir and simmer, finish with shr cheese
