Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
.25 cup Coconut flour (by SCRAPPYMELLA) .25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .25 tsp Salt .25 tsp Baking Soda 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Stevia in the Raw
Directions
Preheat oven 350
Combine dry ingredients
Add eggs and blend well with mixer
Let batter stand for a few minutes, then mix again before dividing between 8 muffin cups (I use silacone liners)
Bake 20mins or until toothpick comes out clean.

Top with icing of your choice or eat as is - YUM!
