Ingredients
one small to medium cabbage depending on how many people eating.Cut cabbage in small slices.Cook with small amount of water for about 1/2 hour. Leave some leaves to place in bottom of dish. Be sure to saute with garlic and onion to taste.I add minced garlic,about one heaping teaspoon.use ground sirloin and turkey,or without8 oz. can of tomatoes w/basil1/2 ts.each oregano,basil,parsleyadd garlic salt (optional)l cup mozzarella cheese,low fat1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese mix togetherParmesean cheese to top
Directions
Coat deep dish with olive oil.Line bottom of dish with large cabbage leaves,Mix all ingredients except cottage cheese & mozzarella.Layer each time till the top is just mozzarella and parmesean cheese. If it is a hot day, I cook on top of the stove,like yesterday. but you can bake this @350 for 20 minutes,and uncovered for 5 min.

    I followed this, as much as I could understand. The calories are all off but I am just realizing this now that I am about to track it. I did like it and will add spicy seasoning for the next time around. - 3/30/14
