0.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water.5 cup Silk Coconut Milk (Unsweetened) 2 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil .5 oz (85 seeds) Pumpkin seeds 1 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a pint Mason jar
Tighten lid, shake thoroughly and place in refrigerator
Next morning , remove lid and microwave at 50% for 5min
Stir in coconut oil and seeds
