Beef and mushroom soup

Ingredients
2.0 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Soup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.5 cup, diced Celery, raw2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste1.0 tsp Garlic2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Saute vegetables in olive oil add garlic. Chop cooked beef and add in to vegetables with liquid simmer half hour. Add tomato paste simmer 10 min check seasoning and add salt and pepper if desired.
