8 oz Chorizo, pork and beef .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Lentils 2 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average .25 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
Brown sausage with onions and peppers, add lentils tomatoes, stock, water and paste salt and pepper to taste. Cook until lentils are tender.
