Ingredients
16 oz Beef Chuck Eye Steak 32 oz Chicken Tyson All Natural BoneLess SkinLess Chicken Breasts (GS) 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice 3 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Salt 1.75 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1) 1.75 tsp Oregano, ground 1.75 tsp Paprika .75 tsp Onion powder .75 tsp Garlic powder 1 dash Pepper, black 4 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 2 slice, thin Onions, raw
Directions
slice chicken and beef to strips. Mix all spices together in bowl. Place chicken and beef strips in large bag and pour in olive oil and lime juice. mix well with meat, pour spices into bag, close and toss well till meat is covered in spices. Place in fridge for approx., 30 min to 1 hr. to marinade. Slice onions and bell pepper to strips while waiting. When ready to cook, toss well once more. Pour 4 tablespoon olive oil in skillet and heat. Pour meat into oil and cook till almost done, add peppers and onions and cook a few more minutes till desired tenderness. Enjoy!
