4 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted .5 cup Uncle Ben's Boil in Bag Brown Rice 3 tbsp g hughes smkehouse sugar free bbq sauce, hickory flavored (by DOXBOX)
Directions
slow cook chicken breasts in crock pot on low for 4-6 hours depending how many breasts
add bbq sauce
cook rice as instructed on the box
