1.5 cup White Rice, medium grain 3 clove Garlic 2 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root 1 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 3 tbsp Soy Sauce 8 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
mince garlic, ginger and bacon. Slice mushrooms. Put all ingredients in slow cooker for 8 hours on low
