Ingredients
4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup .25 tsp Baking Soda 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 15 gram(s) Coconut Flakes, unsweetened Bob's Red Mill 2 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 10 tsp Swerve All Natural Sweetener (by JANIS-IRENE) 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mix together all ingredients. Drop by TBSP full on to cookie sheet/parchment paper. Sprinkle with Swerve and ground cinnamon. Brush with beaten egg like an egg wash. Bake until golden brown.
