4 cup Tomato juice, without salt added 1 small Onions, raw 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, minced 2 cup Tomatoes, chopped1 medium Cucumber, chopped2 Green Onion, chopped1 clove Garlic, minced3 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 1 tsp Tarragon, ground 1 tsp Basil 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped1 tsp Sugar
1. In a blender or food processor, combine tomato juice, onion, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, tarragon, basil, parsley, sugar, salt, and pepper. Blend until well-combined but still slightly chunky. chill at least 2 hours before serving.
