Simple Scrambled Eggs (Keto)

Ingredients
4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, blackRoughly 1 Tbsp Whole milk
Directions
Vigorously mix eggs, salt, pepper and milk in a bowl. Heat small non stick pan (or whatever pan you prefer) over medium heat with butter in it. Make sure melted butter coats the pan completely and only as high as needed for the liquid eggs. Poor egg combination into pan. Then turn down heat just a little below medium and keep eggs moving so as not to brown them at all (unless you like that). I prefer to use a flat wooden spoon instead of a spatula. Remove eggs from pan to a plate as soon as they appear to not have any raw liquid still (aka when they're cooked). Enjoy!
