I Can't Believe I'm NOT Cheating Brownies

Ingredients
50 g (1/2 c) Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour 50 g (1/2 c) Coco Powder unsweetened3 large Eggs100 to 150 g (1 and 1/2 c) Splenda or other sugar substitute100 g (.5 cup) unsweetened apple sauce 30 g (2 tbsp) Butter, salted 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper (or spray a pan with non-stick spray). Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Measure dry ingredients into a bowl (the Splenda is fluffier than regular sugar so pick a fairly large bowl). In a large bowl, melt butter and allow to cool slightly, then mix in the other wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture in pan evenly. Bake about 30 minutes or until firm. These come out of the oven a little crunchy on the top, but when you let them sit overnight in a sealed container they become fudgy. Eat them quick as there is no sugar to help preserve them. I suggest individually wrapping them and putting them in the freezer for a quick treat.
