3.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 3 cup Granulated Sugar 4 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 16 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 2.5 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt .6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1.5 tsp Ginger, ground
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray 8 mini loaf pans with spray oil and put aside.
Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together until well blended. Fill loaf pans about 3/4 full (fills about 8).
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or passes the "toothpick" test in the center. Slice and enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes 40 servings (8 mini loaves, 5 slices each)
