1.5 cup Bob’s Red Mill Oat flour 0.5 cup Honey 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 5 serving ISOPURE - protein powder - Zero Carb Strawberries & Cream (1/2 serving= 1scoop/31g) 12 serving Nestle Semisweet Chocolate Chips, 1 tbsp 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor/blender. Preheat
Oven to 350. Spray muffin tin and donut pan with coconut oil. Bake for 20 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 6 large muffins and 2 donuts.
