Ingredients
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.5 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar0.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)0.5 serving Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened all natural original 30 calories/1cup
Directions
1.Combine oates, brown sugar, nutmeg and water in a large bowl. You need a large bowl to make sure the oates have room to expand while cooking. 2. Microwave for 2 minutes, then stir. 3. Microwave for an additional 2 minutes. 4. Add Almond Milk stir and enjoy. *I also like to add half a banana for some natural sweetness and my daily fruit. Serving Size: Makes 1-cup
