3 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 16 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 1.25 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) .5 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese 2 tbsp Basil 3 1tsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Toss in a bowl, like any other salad.
