Black bean salsa

1 cup frozen corn (thawed)1 (15.5oz.) can black beans; drained and rinsed.1/2 cup diced red bell pepper1/2 cup diced onion (Vidalia or red)1/2 cup diced tomato1 1/2 Tb. olive oil2 Tb lime juice3/4 tsp. chili powder ( chipolte)1 tsp. ground cumin1/2 tsp. Goya adoboe with pepper1/4 cup fresh minced cilantro
1. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a medium/large bowl.
2. Add the olive oil and lime juice to the bowl and mix to coat well.
3. Add the chili powder, cumin adoboe and cilantro and mix well.
4. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes
