Fragrant beef curry

Ingredients
1400.0 Grams Beef, top sirloin3.0 tbsp Canola Oil3.0 large Onions, raw2.0 cloves Garlic1.5 cup Milk, 3.25%3.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes1.5 fl oz Lemon Juice3.0 tsp Ginger Root1.5 tbsp Curry powder
Directions
Brown beef
Sautee onions in dutch oven
Add beef, cloves garlic 2 cinnamon sticksbay leaf and dried red pepper to pot
Stir for 1 minute
Add milk tomato lemon juice ginger curry and .5 tsp salt and stir.
Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Let simmer stirring. occassionaly for two hours.

Serve over rice
