Low Carb Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup Cauliflower, raw .5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Chop broccoli, Cauliflower and onion into bite sized pieces. Add to bowl. Mix Mayo, vinegar, salt and pepper together. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate one hour.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - half cup servings.
