Keto Crackers

Ingredients
1 cup Blue Diamond Almond Flour (by EYERAWK) .33 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt .33 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 5.3 tbsp *Flax Seed .33 cup Sesame Seeds 13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 tsp Salt 4 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Mix Dry ingredients together with a whisk. Stir in the water and coconut oil. Let sit for 20 minutes. Bake at 300 degrees F on lower oven rack. When crackers begin to turn brown. Turn off oven and leave crackers in oven to dry out. When cooled, store in an air tight container. Serving Size: makes 16 crackers
