Creamy Cheesy Vegan Avocado Pasta

Ingredients
3 Avocados, without seed or skin7 servings Gluten Free Fettucini1 lemon's worth of Lemon Juice1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1/2 Tbsp Basil 1.5 Tbsp Garlic Powder1/4 Cup Soaked Raw Cashews1 1/2 Cups Water1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
Directions
Cook Fettucini according to package instructions. Drain, reserving 1 1/2 cups of the pasta cooking water. In a blender, combine remaining ingredients (not the Fettucini) with the pasta water. Blend until creamy. Stir sauce into the pasta.
