Creamy raw miso dip or dressing

Ingredients
1 T miso2 T fresh lemon juice3 T raw tahini2 T olive oil1 T apple cider vinegar3 T water2 tsp honey1 T raw sweet onion or shallots0.5 clove garlic, chopped0.5 tsp fresh ginger
Directions
Blend all ingredients together in blender and adjust seasonings if desired. This dressing tastes better than most store-bought ones, for a fraction of the cost. The amount of oil can be reduced to reduce calories. Makes about 14 tablespoons. A serving is one tablespoon.
