Healthy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 large onion sliced into strips1 large green bell pepper sliced into strips6-8 fresh mushrooms sliced2 cans stewed tomatosItalian seasoning, salt, pepper, or whatever seasonings you prefer.
Directions
Season chicken and place in the bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Layer the onion, green pepper and mushrooms and top with the stewed tomatos. You could top with 8 oz mozzerella cheese and still have a low carb, low fat, healthy meal.
