1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Great Value black forest ham (97% fat free .5 serving Great Value - Mild Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
Spray fry pan with Crisco non-stick cooking spray. Heat skillet, add onions. Chop one ounce of ham and add to skillet. Cook for a minute Add beaten egg and shake pan to allow egg to spread thin. Cook on low heat until edges are crispy. Sprinkle a little shredded cheese on top Enjoy with clementine. Yum!
