Kalja Canbage Stew

Ingredients
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 500 grams Beef, top sirloin 2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 medium Carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 clove Garlic
Directions
Cook meat 20 min in water with a pinch of salt in Instant ppt. . Boil cabbage, drain. Add all ingredients into a meat soup and cook with seasoning ( salt, pepper, bay leaf and parsley) 60 minutes in instant pot.
