Chocolate chip Crunch Cookies

1 cup Butter, unsalted 1 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt, scant2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw, beaten2.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal Crushed before measuring 1 cup Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels Chocolate Chips
Melt butter, add the sugars and stir. Add soda, salt, vanilla and beaten eggs. Mix well. Then add flour and stir it in. Add crushed corn flakes and chocolate chips, mix it all thoroughly.
Form dough into walnut-sized balls with a cookie scooper, place on a lined cookie sheet. Press them down with a greased fork in a crisscross pattern( like peanut butter cookies).
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes, then remove to a wire rack until they're completely cool. They get crisper as the cool.
Serving Size: Makes 75 medium sized cookies one cookie is a serving
