2 tablespoons custard powder2 cups non fat milk1 sachet equal
Makes 2 cups custard Serves four. Mix two tablespoons custard powder with 2 tablespoons of the milk. Stir to combine. Add the rest of the milk and boil over a low heat until thick and bubbling. Simmer stirring for an extra minute. Remove from the heat and add the contents of the equal sachet. Serve with stewed fruit Yum!
