Ingredients
3 cup Mashed Potatoes .33 cup Coconut Oil 16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup Peas, frozen .5 tsp Rosemary, dried 1 tsp Chili powder 2 clove Garlic .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Cook meat with garlic and vegetables; add seasonings, water and tomato paste; once thickened, place in cooking dish and place mashed potatoes (made with water and coconut oil) on top and baked covered at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until heated through. Enjoy!
