Turkey sausages

Ingredients
500 gram Turkey Mince (500g) Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself (by STEFFY44) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 1tsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Sage, ground 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 serving Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g) salt pepper
Directions
Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees
Line an oven tray with baking paper
In a frying pan, fry the onions till soft in a little water and oil
Mix the minced meat with the other ingredients
Form 12 equal balls that you can flatten and give a sausage shape
Place the sausages on the tray
Bake for 25 minutes, turning once
