Ingredients
12 tbsp Peanut Butter, Kirkland Natural (by DAWNECREIP) 3 tsp Erythritol Sweetener (by JULIA_211) 16 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
Directions
melt butter, peanut butter and sweetener together
mix in remaining ingredients
scoop out little mounds onto sheet pan
put in freezer for 15 mins to set
store in fridge
