Lemon Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup, shredded Zucchini 1/4 cup Canola Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice Glaze:1/2 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Directions
Mix together: sugar, canola oil, egg, lemon juice, and zucchini. Add: flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spread in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
Stir together the powdered sugar and lemon juice.
When completely cooled, remove from pan and drizzle with the glaze.
