12.0 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Salt1.0 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin4.0 tsp Baking Powder8.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup (1 cup almond flour, 1 cup coconut flour)0.33 cup Chobani Greek Yougurt Plain(by MB)12.0 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener and enough water to make batter smooth.
Mix cinnamon, 1/3 cup sweetener, 2 Tbp water and chopped apples in a small bowl. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients plus about 1 cup water. Finally loosely mix together with apple mix. Put in a greased 9x5 bread pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Until tooth pick comes out clean.
