4 serving Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (4 ounces) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread 3 clove Garlic 0.33 tbsp Basil 0.5 tsp Oregano, ground 1 serving Chicken Bouillon, Knorr 1/2 Cube (1 cup prepared) (by RAMARAMA) 1 lemon yields Lemon Juice 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1. Chop garlic, juice, lemon.
2. In a frying pan, melt Earth Balance with olive oil on medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and spices, along with garlic. Cook only until both sides of the breasts are lightly browned.
3. Add lemon juice, water and chicken bouillon cube. Bring to a boil.
4. Place all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours.
